The underlying assets of DNE REIT are located in the Yangtze River Delta region, which consists of 4 intelligent manufacturing industrial parks in national development zones, with total GFA aggregating ​​about 284,000 sq. m.

Supporting China’s national key strategic development regions and emerging industries, tenants of the parks are mainly in intelligent manufacturing industries such as high-tech materials, automobile equipment and precision equipment. As at 30 June 2022, all projects enjoyed 100% occupancy.
