D&J (Wuxi) Intelligent Manufacturing Park
D&J (Wuxi) Intelligent Manufacturing Park is located in District D of Wuxi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, adjacent to the world’s top 500 companies including Johnson Controls of the US and LX Hausys of Korea, with a strong ambience for industrial development. Wuxi High-tech Zone is the an important hub for growth and attracting international investments, technology innovations and transformational development for Wuxi. In 2016, this zone ranked first in paid-up foreign investments among all development zones in Jiangsu Province. Wuxi High-tech Zone has also been named a National Sensor Network Innovation Showcase Zone, a National Innovation Park, a National Eco-Industrial Showcase Park, and a National Intellectual Property Pilot Park.
The park is 10 km from Sunan Shuofang International Airport, a 10-minute drive from G42 Wuxi New District Exit, a 5-minute drive from S19 Wuxi Shuofang Exit, only 500 m from G312, and only 10 km from Shanghai-Nanjing High-speed Railway New District Station. The park is being developed in two phases. There are 8 single-floor workshops in steel structures in the first phase. An office building commands some 4,400-8,500 sq. m. in GFA. The ceiling height is over 11m, the floor loading capacity is 3.0 T/㎡, supplemented by abundant electric power allocation. The workspace features practical floor layouts with spaces reserved for corbel rails. The in-park road network is designed for safety and practicability serving loading and unloading needs. The park supports national key strategic development regions and emerging industries.
