Deepen green design concepts and develop sustainable architectures

DNE integrates sustainable development concepts into the full architecture lifecycle, taking full consideration of the impact of engineering projects on the environment and resources, and proactively develops green and sustainable architectures. We have developed a sustainable architecture development policy, and are committed to carrying out environmental due diligence prior to project site selection, adopting green design for all self-developed projects, using certified environment-friendly building materials, and monitoring quantity of materials bearing third party environmental certifications.

In order to effectively manage the impact of its assets on the environment and resources, DNE proactively conducts assessments and certifications related to sustainable architectural development, including GRESB assessment, ISO14001 certification, LEED certification and WELL certification.

Accelerate new energy industries and target carbon neutrality

DNE has been implementing carbon neutrality principles, proactively develops solar energy and energy storage infrastructures, and proactively promotes replacement of traditional energy with green energy.

We have initiated a rooftop photovoltaic project, installed rooftop solar energy distribution panels, and also installed new energy charging bay systems in selected assets, striving to achieving full coverage of new energy charging facilities in all parks.

Lead intelligent and low-carbon industrial park operation

DNE has established goals for green, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly construction, including technology-driven operations, energy efficiency improvement, water efficiency improvement, waste recycling, clean environment, healthy and comfortable working environment, green transportation and travel, etc.

Care for the People and the Community

DNE cares about the well-being of employees, respects employees, and is committed to providing them with a fair, safe and inviting working environment. We are committed to gradually increasing the proportion of women in the Company’s management and employees, and building a diverse, fair and friendly workplace culture. We have also commissioned an employee satisfaction survey to be conducted by an independent third party every year to collect information such as employee satisfaction in all aspects of corporate management. In terms of occupational health and safety, we strive to achieving zero accident and zero fatalities in construction safety. In order to achieve real-time monitoring of projects in different regions, we put in place a remote safety inspection system for projects in 2021 to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees.

In tenant relations, we will conduct third-party customer satisfaction surveys for the entire project every year, analyzing measures on tenant experience, and gradually improve tenant satisfaction. In addition, we also promote sustainable development activities to all tenants in the park to enhance their awareness in sustainable development of the parks.

Promote community welfare for a harmonious community

DNE is always been grateful, and actively participates in social welfare and various charity activities. We promote corporate social responsibility activities among children, women, young people and the elderly, and engage more employees in giving back to the society.
